Registering Error

I am trying to register the SQL server 6.5 in SQL server 2000 I am getting
error
"SLQ Server does exist or access denied(ConnectionOpern(connect))
where is the problem its urgent can any body help me

n't be done. You need to
use EM 6.5 to manage 6.5.
